For years, Taylor managed historic and high-end properties in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she first attended college. After a while, she moved into the recruiting field where she became a supervisor overseeing a large airline’s flight attendant recruitment department. In 2008 she decided to go back to school to do what she loved – work with historic properties!
Taylor received her bachelor’s degree from American Military University in the field of Early European History, focusing solely on houses, palaces, and castles. She received a Masters of Arts in History with specialties in American History, English History, and Public History (which included multiple classes in historic preservation and museum management) from University of Nebraska at Kearney. Her Master’s Thesis, “The Gentility of Property For Colonial and New Republic American Elite During the Long Eighteenth-Century” was about why wealthy early Americans chose palaces over regular houses.
Taylor is ready to use her experience and love of people to help you find the best location for your family. A house can be just a building, or it can be a home. Contact Taylor today to find the best place where you and your family can put your slippers.
