Born and raised in Nashville, Nathan has seen the city grow exponentially, and with how the real estate market has changed.  

The only time Nathan hasn't called Nashville his home was when he was an honors student at Mississippi State University, where he attained a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in real estate.

Sydney, whom he is engaged to.
