Historic & Distinctive Homes LLC owner Karen Hoff has over thirty-nine years of experience, multiple awards of excellence, and high real estate expertise. Our agents strive to constantly update and build on our knowledge of the industry and the neighborhoods we serve.

Historic & Distinctive Homes LLC has always been an inclusive company based on the merits and strengths of our agents. We pride ourselves on being people of good character and reflecting on the people we serve. We also believe in being service-oriented, giving custom concierge service with 21st Century Technology.

We are a female-owned company. Our agents are 52% female and 45% People of color. We currently have agents speaking ten languages: English, Spanish, Hebrew, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Burmese, Romanian, and Yoruba.
